The Challenge
Title insurance requires title companies to verify that the people and businesses involved in a transaction are clear of outstanding tax and child support warrants. Done by hand, that means hours of repetitive research across multiple sources for every single report.
What We Built
ClearSnap automates all of it. Users kick off a search and the system gathers and compiles everything needed to generate a complete name search report, turning hours of research into a few clicks.
Under the hood it is a serverless, event-driven AWS architecture built for reliability under load. Report jobs flow through SQS queues and are processed by Lambda functions, with Parameter Store managing configuration and CloudWatch providing monitoring and alerting across the pipeline. SignalR powers real-time, in-app notifications so users know the moment their reports are ready without refreshing or checking back.
